Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with global R&D teams (Singapore, China, US, Europe) across the full product development lifecycle, from early-stage design to deployment.
- Engage directly with users across multiple platforms before and after product launches to provide timely responses and support
- Conduct product training sessions for local channel partners during international travel to North America, Europe, and other regions
- Analyze product issues, process gaps, and user experience pain points from the user's perspective, reporting findings to relevant teams and driving effective resolution
- Collect, organize, and synthesize user feedback and needs to formulate actionable product recommendations that guide iterative improvements
- Participate actively in pre-release testing, experience acceptance, and issue tracking to ensure product quality and readiness
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline (Master's preferred).
- Experience in User Acceptance Testing to validate product functionality and user experience
- Strong cross-functional communication skills to facilitate collaboration across diverse teams
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin to support communication in global markets
- Self-motivated, curious, and committed to continuous technical and professional growth
- Experience or interest in robotics, embedded systems, or smart manufacturing as a strong advantage
