Plan and execute user acquisition campaigns across global markets, including North America, Europe, and Southeast Asia
Manage performance marketing channels such as Google, Meta, X (Twitter), TikTok, AppLovin, and Unity Ads
Develop acquisition strategies for games (e.g. roguelike or hybrid monetization models), and optimize key metrics such as cost efficiency, ROAS, and LTV
Collaborate with creative teams to analyze ad performance and drive continuous iteration of marketing creatives
Monitor attribution data using tools such as AppsFlyer or Adjust, and identify and resolve data discrepancies
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field
Relevant experience in global user acquisition or performance marketing experience in the gaming industry is an advantage.
Experience working on mid-core, hybrid monetization, or roguelike game products is an advantage
Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in tools such as Excel, SQL, or similar data analysis tools
Strong understanding of creative performance and the ability to contribute insights for creative optimization
Preferred Qualifications
Hands-on experience managing multi-channel global campaigns across major advertising platforms
Familiarity with mobile attribution tools such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, or similar
Ability to operate in a fast-paced, data-driven environment
