User Acceptance Testing Analyst

Role:

• This role is suitable for a hands-on professional who enjoys understanding business flows, validating application behaviour, coordinating with stakeholders, and supporting knowledge transfer during an important application transition.

Responsibilities:

• Perform functional testing across key business and system workflows.
• Prepare, review, and execute test cases based on requirements, application behaviour, and knowledge-transfer inputs.
• Log, track, retest, and follow up on defects with developers, application teams, vendors, and business users.
• Support SIT and UAT activities, including test coordination, issue clarification, and progress updates.
• Participate in knowledge-transfer sessions and document key application flows, issues, and testing learnings.
• Maintain test evidence, defect notes, and testing documentation for traceability.

Required Skills:

• 5 years of functional testing experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in test case preparation, test execution, regression testing, defect tracking, and retesting.
• Experience supporting SIT and/or UAT cycles.
• Ability to understand business workflows and translate them into practical test scenarios.
• Clear communication skills with business users, developers, vendors, and application teams.
• Comfortable working with evolving documentation and clarifying application behaviour during knowledge transfer.
