Key Responsibilities:
Warehouse Operations
- Perform daily warehouse activities including receiving, sorting, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control.
- Verify incoming and outgoing goods, ensuring accuracy and product quality.
- Prepare and pack orders according to Delivery Orders (DO) and customer requirements.
- Handle loading, unloading, palletizing, and material movement safely.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through regular stock counts and cycle counts.
- Ensure proper documentation, filing, and compliance with warehouse procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Support other warehouse-related duties as assigned.
Production Support
- Operate and monitor rail-cutting, grinding, and assembly machines according to production requirements.
- Perform product assembly, labeling, packing, and preparation for delivery.
- Conduct quality inspections and remove defective products.
- Perform basic machine troubleshooting and report equipment issues promptly.
- Record production data accurately, including material usage and output.
- Maintain equipment cleanliness and comply with workplace safety standards.
