Job Responsibilities
- Support process integrators in developing integration platforms using piezoelectric materials (e.g., PZT, ScAlN)
- Work with process module teams on process tuning for thinfilm deposition, etching, wet cleaning, wafer bonding and release processes
- Assist in conducting Design of Experiments (DOE) and integration activities for thinfilm piezoelectric MEMS devices
- Perform wafer inspection and characterization using metrology tools such as DRSEM, CDSEM, ellipsometry, and microscopes
- Conduct routine wafer movement checks and perform relevant data collection
Job Requirements
- Diploma or higher in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, or related fields
- Fresh diploma holders with strong academic performance are welcome to apply
- Experience in semiconductor processes (e.g., lithography, thinfilm deposition, etching, wet cleaning) is advantageous
- Handson experience with DOE methodologies, statistical analysis, or problemsolving techniques is beneficial
- Familiarity with characterization tools such as DRSEM, CDSEM, or ellipsometry is advantageous
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for engaging stakeholders effectively
