Urgent Public Relations Officer (HDB project)

Responsibilities:
. Handle public complaints and feedback related to project site
. Prepare letters and notices to communicate with community and residents regarding development of project.
. Implement public relationship programme.
. Arrange and attend meetings on public relation matters with project team where necessary.
. Prepare a monthly report to update on the feedbacks and complaints.
. Maintain good relationship with clients and residents.
. Assist other general administrative support to the project teams.
. Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Specification:
. Diploma or Degree in any field.
. Minimum 3 years relevant experience working in a public-facing role.
. MRT working experience would be an added advantage.
