Urgent Payroll Executive (MNC / Logistics / In-house Payroll)

Working location: Toh Guan Road
Working Days: Monday to Friday

Job Description

. Process the full monthly payroll cycle for approximately 500 employees accurately and on time.

. Process payroll-related changes, including new hires, salary adjustments, resignations, and final salary payments.

. Prepare and submit statutory payments and claims, including CPF, FWL, IR21, IR8A, NS claims, and government-paid leave claims.

. Prepare monthly payroll reports and reconcile payroll records with Finance.

. Maintain the HRIS, attendance and leave management system to ensure accurate payroll processing.

. Ensure payroll complies with company policies and Singapore statutory requirements.

. Prepare payroll-related reports, management reports, and information required for audits and regulatory submissions.

. Support HRIS/payroll system enhancements and process improvement initiatives.

. Respond to employee payroll enquiries and perform other HR and payroll-related duties as assigned.

Requirement

. Possess Degree/Diploma in Human Resource Management or in any discipline with at least 2 years of relevant experience in HR function (HR Generalist preferred).

. Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in Payroll.

. Fast learner, meticulous, detail oriented, able to maintain confidentiality and work independently.

. Proactive, able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

. Good knowledge on employment legislations and tax regulations.

. Good interpersonal skills, accountable, initiative, team player with positive working attitude.

. Knowledge of Times Software and E-Cirtrix will be an added advantage.

. Immediate/ short notice preferred
