URGENT: Maintenance Technician (plant/facilities/PLC)

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our client. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for maintaining the smooth operation of the company's plant, facilities, and PLC systems.

What you'll be doing

• Performing routine maintenance and repairs on industrial equipment, including machinery, electrical systems, and automation controls

• Troubleshooting and resolving issues with plant and facility systems, such as HVAC, plumbing, and electrical infrastructure

• Programming, configuring, and maintaining PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) systems

• Conducting preventive maintenance inspections and implementing proactive measures to minimize downtime

• Documenting maintenance activities and providing detailed reports on system performance

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the efficient and reliable operation of the company's assets

What we're looking for

• Relevant technical certifications or training in maintenance, electrical, or automation systems

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a similar role in the engineering industry

• Strong technical skills and hands-on experience in maintaining industrial equipment, including electrical, mechanical, and PLC systems

• Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals

• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex issues and implement effective solutions

• Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
