Job Responsibilities
- Perform inbound stock receiving, checking, and repacking of medications.
- Process medication orders and prescriptions in accordance with established procedures.
- Conduct quality checks on picked medication orders and prepare them for delivery.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of pharmacy IT systems and automation processes.
- Manage inventory, including stock replenishment, cycle counts, and stock-taking activities.
- Perform billing procedures for pharmacy services.
- Coordinate medication deliveries to healthcare institutions or patients, including reconciliation, handover, and issue resolution.
- Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of the pharmacy work area and manage pharmacy consumables.
- Support quality improvement initiatives and projects.
- Assist in the orientation and training of new staff assigned to the department.
- Support operational management within the assigned section when appointed as a team leader.
- Perform any other ad hoc duties or cross-functional support as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Diploma in Pharmaceutical Science (completed) is required.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
- Good communication and organisational skills.
- Immediate availability or able to commit for the full 3-month assignment is preferred.
