Urgent Hiring: Warehouse Assistant MNC Semiconductor

About the Role
Join a world-leading semiconductor company recognized as one of the top places to work in Singapore. We are looking for a Warehouse Assistant to support our Supply Chain and Logistics operations. This role is open urgently.

Key Responsibilities
. Handle warehouse operations including receiving, binning, goods issuance, and packing
. Identify and report issues such as transit damage, incorrect records, or inventory discrepancies
. Perform SAP transactions and update records accurately
. Prepare reports and summaries as assigned
. Support internal and external audits for compliance purposes
. Carry out ad-hoc warehouse tasks such as scrap disposal, cycle counting, and system reversals
. Follow safety procedures and use PPE appropriately
. Operate warehouse equipment safely, including pallet jacks and ladders
. Maintain excellent housekeeping and 6S standards
. Communicate effectively with team members and follow operational procedures
. Participate in continuous improvement projects and take ownership of assigned SOPs

Requirements
. Minimum GCE N / O Level or equivalent
. 1-2 years of logistics or warehouse experience preferred
. Semiconductor warehouse experience is an advantage
. Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
. Meticulous with strong attention to detail and good housekeeping skills
. Forklift license is a plus
