We are looking for reliable and experienced Senior Security Officers with valid CCTC certification for a permanent role a MBS area.
Basic Salary: $3,170/month
Work Schedule: 6-day work week (shift work required)
Attire: Must be smart and presentable at all times
Shift Requirements:
11am - 11pm
3pm to 11pm
5pm to 1am (Thu Fri Sat)
10.15pm to 6.15am
Nearest MRT: Bayfront
Responsibilities:
- Direct and manage vehicle and pedestrian traffic at sites.
- Ensure safety and smooth traffic flow in and around the premises.
- Monitor entry/exit points for vehicles and personnel.
- Conduct regular security patrols and inspections.
- Enforce site access control and safety protocols.
- Supervise junior officers and ground personnel (SSO level).
- Maintain logbooks, visitor records, and incident reports.
- Communicate with drivers, site staff, and management via hand signals or communication devices.
- Respond to emergencies and assist in evacuations or accidents.
- Conduct briefings and enforce compliance with WSH and site SOPs.
Requirements:
- Must have CCTC and SSO.
- No prior experience required training will be provided.
- Good problem-solving ability and leadership qualities.
- Willingness to work beyond regular office hours.
- Relevant operations experience will be an advantage.
