We are looking for a sharp and commercially minded Financial Manager to lead our financial management function. Beyond managing the numbers, you will play a strategic role in shaping the company's financial direction — driving capital structure decisions, managing banking relationships, and supporting corporate growth initiatives including M&A and restructuring. This role is suited to a proactive finance leader with SGX-listed company experience who can operate confidently at both operational and boardroom level.
What You'll Do
- Take ownership of end-to-end financial operations, spanning reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow oversight
- Deliver accurate, timely financial reports in line with SGX listing requirements and applicable accounting standards
- Manage treasury functions, including liquidity planning, foreign exchange risk, and fund deployment
- Cultivate and sustain banking partnerships to secure credit facilities and support capital raising efforts
- Proactively identify financial growth opportunities and develop strategies around new financing structures and capital market solutions
- Optimise the company's capital structure by assessing and selecting the most cost-effective financing options
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership and the Board on financial strategy, investor relations, and long-term corporate planning
- Maintain full compliance with statutory, tax, and regulatory obligations across all operating jurisdictions
- Coach and develop the finance team, fostering a high-performance culture within the function
What We're Looking For
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
- Professional certification such as CA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent
- At least 5 years of hands-on financial management experience
- Prior experience within an SGX-listed environment is essential
- Strong existing banking relationships with the ability to negotiate and secure financing
- Self-driven with the ability to independently identify, assess, and execute financial strategies
- Solid understanding of capital structure and a broad range of financing instruments
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement capabilities
- High ethical standards, commercially minded, and adept at managing competing priorities under pressure
