Responsibilities:
- Actively seek and develop new business in the interior design and fit-out sector.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, site visits, and client meetings to build the sales pipeline.
- Provide management with market intelligence, competitor analysis, and opportunity insights.
- Gather client requirements and coordinate internally to prepare proposals and quotes.
- Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, main contractors, and developers.
- Log sales activities in CRM, update reports and provide regular pipeline updates.
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking sessions as needed.
- Drive lead follow-up, negotiation, and deal closure.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of sales or business development experience in interior design / fit-out / construction / renovation.
- Proven hunter mindset with strong independent lead generation ability.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Comfortable with cold outreach and in-person client meetings.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Basic knowledge of interior fit-out processes and project workflows is a plus.
