Responsibilities:
- Pro-actively manage day-to-day execution for advisory and capital-raising deal.
- Be part of and/or take the lead in project management.
- Together with auditors, lawyers and other professionals, conduct due diligence and assess the list ability of clients.
- Manage communications and expectations among clients, professionals, and regulators.
- Supervise and guide associates in project execution.
- Assist in deal origination.
- Perform financial analysis and develop valuation models.
- Prepare client presentation materials and pitchbooks.
Qualifications:
- A degree in Accounting/Business/Economics/Finance.
- Track record of completed transactions with at least 4 years of relevant experience.
- Team players with strong interpersonal and project management skills.
- Analytical thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven and demonstrated ability to deliver results under pressure.
