Manage and execute UPS projects and installation to ensure system reliability. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair UPS and related electrical systems while coordinating with clients and providing technical support.
Responsibilities:
- Lead project management activities for UPS system installations and upgrades to meet client requirements.
- Perform preventive maintenance on UPS systems to enhance operational reliability and reduce downtime.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot faulty UPS and electrical systems to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
- Install, test, and commission 1 & 3 Phase UPS systems, batteries, Automatic Transfer Switches, STS, VSDs, and bypass panels to ensure proper functionality.
- Read and interpret Single Line Diagrams to guide installation and maintenance tasks accurately.
- Provide clear quotations and technical explanations to clients to support informed decision-making.
- Conduct overhaul and repair works on faulty UPS systems to restore optimal performance.
- Respond to on-site service calls and perform standby duties 24/7 to maintain continuous system availability.
- Collaborate with team members and perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors to support operational goals.
Requirements:
- ITE/Polytechnic graduate or Degree holder in Electronics or Electrical Engineering.
- Experience in UPS systems installation, maintenance and troubleshooting is mandatory.
- Class 3 Driving License (bonus)
