University Assistant Manager, Student & Leadership Development (6 Months Contract) #NKC

Support the Senior Assistant Manager and Manager (Student and Leadership Development) in planning, coordinating, and executing student life and leadership programmes, while engaging internal and external stakeholders to enhance student experience and development.

Key Responsibilities

• Organise and run student engagement events, orientation programmes, workshops, and community projects to strengthen student interactions and community.

• Support student leadership and development initiatives, including case competitions, entrepreneurship programmes, and enrichment activities.

• Mentor and coach student leaders, clubs, and organisations in planning and executing their activities.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders (alumni, advisory boards, partners) for programme planning and execution.

• Assist in administration of Student Life processes, budget planning, and data analysis to improve student experience and develop new initiatives.
