I'm currently helping a fast-growing gaming company look for Unity Developer (Junior / Mid / Senior, multiple headcount)
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain mobile game projects using Unity and C#
- Design and implement gameplay features, game systems, UI, and tools
- Collaborate closely with game designers, artists, and backend engineers to deliver high-quality gaming experiences
- Optimize game performance, stability, memory usage, and user experience across mobile platforms
- Participate in technical design, architecture discussions, and feature planning
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges throughout the development lifecycle
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and engineering standards
Requirements
- 1+ Game development experience is required
- 1+ years of Unity development experience
- Strong proficiency in C# and Unity Engine
- Experience working on shipped game projects from development through launch
- Good understanding of game architecture, gameplay systems, UI implementation, and performance optimization
- Familiarity with mobile game development workflows on iOS and Android
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for gaming and a genuine interest in creating engaging player experiences
