about the job

Act as the primary regional focal point to facilitate the placement, execution and administration of multinational insurance accounts across various global time zones. You will be expected to coordinate the end-to-end processing and servicing of incoming multinational portfolios within the regional market and sustain collaborative relationships with brokers, clients and cross functional international underwriting units.

you will assist internal teams with outgoing international programs by gathering information and managing pre/post bind processes and evaluate policy terms, manage renewal listings and ensure all contract documentation aligns with corporate governance standards. The ideal incumbent will also be expected to partner with risk, compliance and legal departments to ensure portfolio activities meet regulatory protocols.

skills and experience required

• Proven professional experience within the non life insurance sector (ideally with exposure handling multi lines)

• Prior experience managing multinational / global program in broker or insurance setting

• Strong capability in managing client relationships and coordinating cross border operations

• Competency in using standard office productivity applications and database management systems
