UIUX Lead

We're hiring a Senior UX/UI Lead Designer to shape the design vision for a major government product ecosystem.

If you're a seasoned design leader with 10+ years of UX/Product Design experience, this role gives you the runway to lead a small design team, drive end‑to‑end product experience strategy, and establish design governance and standards across multiple initiatives.

You'll stay hands‑on with research, wireframes, prototypes and user journeys, while partnering closely with Product, Engineering and senior stakeholders in an Agile environment.

What we're looking for:

• Proven leadership managing UX/UI designers
• Strong portfolio across responsive web/mobile
• Deep experience in user research, journey mapping, prototyping
• Familiarity with Goverment Design Practice (highly advantageous)
• Experience in public‑sector or enterprise environments
