Job Summary
Design user interfaces and interactions for web, mobile, and app products, delivering high-fidelity visuals and prototypes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency and improve user experience based on data and feedback.
Responsibilities
- Design UI visuals and interactions for web, mobile, and app products, delivering high-fidelity mockups and production-ready design specifications
- Translate business and product requirements into clear user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and interaction designs
- Build and maintain a design system including component library, color, typography, icons, and spacing to ensure consistency across platforms
- Collaborate closely with product, front-end, and operations teams to ensure the shipped product matches design fidelity
- Analyze UX data and user feedback to continuously improve usability and conversion rates for key user paths such as sign-up, trading, and deposits/withdrawals
- Deliver visual styles that meet international standards and accommodate multilingual, multi-region user habits and compliance requirements
Required competencies and certifications
- Demonstrated hands-on experience delivering UI/UX projects in web games, e-commerce, or user-interaction design with a complete portfolio
- Ability to produce clean, modern designs aligned with international mainstream product styles
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD and design collaboration tools, producing well-organized, handoff-ready deliverables
- Strong skills in interaction logic and information architecture, independently managing full flows from prototype to high fidelity
- Self-driven and reliable in a remote work setting with clear communication and stable commitment of at least 25 hours per week
- Ability to work effectively in both Chinese and English
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience designing for fintech, trading platforms, or crypto-asset products
- Familiarity with responsive design, dark mode, and data visualization including charts and candlestick graphs
- Basic front-end knowledge of HTML and CSS to facilitate collaboration with developers

- Employment Type: Part-time . Remote . Minimum 25 hours per week with flexible scheduling during agreed collaboration windows
