ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a UiPath Developer to support the design, development, and deployment of Robotic Process Automation(RPA) solutions. The role involves working with business and technical teams to automate repetitive processes and improve operational efficiency using UiPath.

JOB DESCRIPTION
RPA Development
- Develop and maintain automation workflows using UiPath Studio
- Configure bots, reusable components, and automation scripts
- Work on attended and unattended automation solutions
Process Understanding
- Collaborate with business analysts to understand and document processes
- Assist in translating business requirements into automation workflows
- Identify opportunities for process automation and optimization
Testing & Deployment
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and UAT support
- Assist in deployment of bots to UiPath Orchestrator
- Monitor bot execution and resolve runtime issues
Support & Maintenance
- Troubleshoot and fix automation failures and bugs
- Provide support for production bots and enhancements
- Maintain documentation for workflows and changes
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Experience
- 4+ years of IT experience with 1-3 years in UiPath development
- Hands-on experience in building basic to intermediate RPA solutions
- Exposure to Agile or iterative delivery environments
Technical Skills
- 3+ years product management experience
- Product strategy, vision, and roadmap ownership
- Stakeholder management and influencing decisions
- Leading cross-functional digital product teams
- Agile methodology and UX environment experience
- Data-driven product decision-making
- Advantage signals: knowledge of data analytics, agile tools (Figma, Miro, JIRA), Scrum certification, workshop facilitation
