We're building a world-class video community for global users. Now we're looking for a passionate, user‑centric UI/UX Product Designer to join our international team in Singapore and shape the future of Bilibili's global product experience.
Job Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end UI/UX design for Bilibili's international App, Web, and creator platform across Southeast Asia, Japan, Korea, Europe, and the US.
- Build and scale our global design system, including visual language, interaction patterns, and multi-language adaptation.
- Translate user insights, market differences, and product strategy into intuitive, delightful, and localized user experiences.
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, data, and creator operations teams to deliver high-quality design from concept to launch.
- Continuously iterate based on user feedback and data to improve retention, engagement, and creator satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Interaction Design, Visual Design, Digital Media, or related field.
- 3+ years of professional UI/UX design experience in mobile / web products; global/overseas product experience is a strong plus.
- Proficient in Figma; solid understanding of iOS and Material Design principles.
- User-centric and data-driven mindset; able to independently drive design decisions and deliver polished outputs.
- Good cross-cultural sensitivity; familiar with global Gen Z user behavior and video/community trends.
- English working proficiency; strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Portfolio required (must include live product cases).
