Job scope:
. Manage and maintain applications and/or devices, IN ORDER TO ensure that equipment loans are duly-handled and learning events and assessments are not compromised

. Collaborate with faculty and administrators to produce lecture videos, eBooks, animations, and other materials, IN ORDER TO support Undergraduate Medical Education initiatives.

. Manage content publishing and dissemination of lecture webcasts and EDMs on University and School systems IN ORDER TO ensure timely availability of educational resources and administrative information.

. Explore AI and new tools, create guides and run training IN ORDER TO upskill and empower students, faculty and administrators

. Prepare and present data/visualizations IN ORDER TO inform on learning and assessment insights, track usage, and guide outreach.

. Participate in organisation-wide activities IN ORDER TO support overall movements in the organisation

Qualifications:

. Minimum two years of relevant experience

. Savvy user of Microsoft Apps such as Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Collaboration and Conferencing tools (e.g. Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Slack etc)

. Knowledge in the following software will be a plus:

o Intermediate content creation skills using Web 2.0 (e.g. WordPress, Microsoft Sway, etc), and/or

o Basic video-editing skills (e.g. Camtasia Studio, Panopto Editor, etc)

o Courseware/eBook Authoring (e.g. Articulate 360, Microsoft Sway, etc)

o Administering learning systems and assessment applications (e.g. Canvas, Online Marking Tool, etc)

o Data visualisation and analysis tools (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI, etc)

o Web/video-streaming analytics services such as Google Analytics, Youtube Analytics, etc

o Rapid Graphic Design (e.g. Canva, Visme, MS Designer etc)
