UI/UX Designer

Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a UI/UX Designer. The UI/UX Designer will focus on creating user-centered designs, including mockups, prototypes, and engaging visual designs. Responsibilities will include collaborating on user experience strategies, ensuring usability and accessibility, and working to optimize front-end interfaces to align with user needs. The role involves designing intuitive and visually appealing solutions that support effective communication and functionality.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Mockups, Visual Design, and Prototyping
• Strong capabilities in User Experience Design (UED) and a focus on usability and accessibility
• Knowledge of Front-End Development principles
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
• Experience in clean energy or policy communication design is a plus
• Familiarity with tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design software
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field preferred
