We are seeking a talented and collaborative UI/UX Designer to support digital banking initiatives by creating scalable, user-centric, and visually compelling experiences. The ideal candidate will work closely with product, engineering, and design teams to develop robust design solutions, contribute to design systems, and drive consistency across multiple digital platforms and device types.
Key Responsibilities
- Support design operations across digital banking products and initiatives.
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineering teams to create robust, reusable, and stateful components and user flows using Figma.
- Design responsive and intuitive user experiences across multiple devices and platforms.
- Apply systems-thinking principles to develop scalable design solutions that can be leveraged across products and business domains.
- Continuously improve design quality through iterative design processes, stakeholder feedback, Design Reviews, and User Testing sessions.
- Contribute to the evolution of the Design System by defining, designing, documenting, and refining scalable UI components and patterns.
- Ensure consistency, accessibility, and usability standards are maintained across all digital products.
- Participate in ideation workshops and contribute to concept development and innovation initiatives as required.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into effective user experiences.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Multimedia, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in UI/UX design, product design, or digital experience design.
- Proficiency in Figma, including component libraries, design systems, prototyping, and collaboration workflows.
- Experience designing for web and mobile applications.
- Strong understanding of design systems, interaction design, information architecture, and user-centered design principles.
- Experience conducting or participating in usability testing and design review sessions.
- Ability to communicate design rationale effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a systems-thinking approach.
- Experience in banking, fintech, or highly regulated industries will be an advantage.

- Experience building and maintaining enterprise-scale design systems.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards and responsive design best practices.
- Knowledge of front-end development principles and component-based design approaches.
- Understanding of Agile and product development methodologies.
