Lead the design process for our digital banking products, focusing on investment, loan and other features.
Define the design guideline for our core banking services and cultivate consistency in the e-Commerce products and related services.
Participate in and prototype end to end banking architecture and drive overall design directions.
Lead / participate in user and market research to produce deep product insights and bring new innovative ideas to the digital banking market.
Requirements
Bachelor degree or outstanding design skills.
3+ years in designing web / mobile products.
Experience in designing for digital banking products is a plus.
Experience in motion design is a plus
Solid design philosophy, deep understanding and practical experience in user experience design and related fields.
Excellent leadership, communication and teamwork skills.
Passionate and detail-oriented.
Experience in designing for global / regional / local markets.
Experience in project management will be preferred for senior roles.
