About the Role
We are seeking a highly independent and versatile UI/UX professional to lead both the designand client engagement functions for our live white-label auction platform. This is a multi-disciplinary leadership role that spans product design, client management, internal coordination, and strategic communicationwith company stakeholders.
Our platform is already in use by diverse clients, with active development and onboarding processes underway. The ideal candidate will drive continuous design innovation while ensuring operational excellence across projects.
Key Responsibilities
UI/UX Design & Product Development
. Own the end-to-end product design cycle for web and mobile platforms.
. Deliver wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes, and user flows for new features and refinements.
. Maintain and evolve the design system for scalability and consistency.
. Collaborate closely with developers to ensure design feasibility and accuracy.
. Conduct user testing and translate insights into actionable design solutions.
. Present live demos, onboarding walkthroughs, and client-facing presentations.
. Customize platform experiences for onboarded clients.
. Collect, document, and prioritize client requirements to align with project goals.
. Provide post-launch support and manage iterative feedback loops.
Stakeholder Communication
. Prepare and deliver weekly updates to stakeholders and shareholders.
. Report on client onboarding progress, revenue flow, and platform development status.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Project Leadership
. Partner with developers to communicate requirements and resolve issues effectively.
. Support internal teams with design-related tasks on an ad hoc basis.
. Assist with technical or operational issues when required.
. Act as a project lead, ensuring smooth coordination between design, development, and client-facing teams.
Qualifications
Required:
. 3+ years of hands-on UI/UX design experience (web and/or mobile).
. Proven ability to manage product design while interfacing with clients.
. Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or equivalent design tools.
. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
. Client-facing experience, including presentations and technical consultations.
. Working knowledge of front-end structures and developer collaboration.
Preferred:
. Experience with white-label SaaS platforms.
. Familiarity with auction or e-commerce technology.
. Background in business development, product marketing, or sales.
. Experience working solo or in lean product/design teams.
. Knowledge of C#, Swift, or Flutter (advantageous for cross-functional collaboration).
. Highly self-driven and capable of independent problem-solving.
. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
. Comfortable wearing multiple hats - from interface design to ad hoc support.
. Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese (to liaise with Chinese-speaking clients and shareholders).
