We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, and manage staff efficiently. The role involves maintaining service quality, controlling costs, and ensuring smooth functioning of both front and back of house.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations (service, kitchen coordination, cleanliness)
- Ensure high standards of customer service and handle customer feedback/complaints
- Manage and supervise staff (hiring, training, scheduling, performance monitoring)
- Coordinate between kitchen and service teams for smooth operations
- Monitor inventory, order supplies, and control food and labor costs
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and local regulations
- Handle cash flow, billing, and basic financial reporting
- Improve operational efficiency and implement standard procedures
- Support marketing activities and promotions when needed
