We are looking for an experienced UAT Tester who is able to create and execute test cases, document bugs and collaborate with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Test Planning & Execution: Develop, update, and execute UAT test plans and scenarios based on business requirements.
- Defect Management: Identify, document, and track bugs, ensuring they are resolved and retested.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business users, developers, and QA teams to validate system functionality.
- Reporting: Provide clear and concise reports on test results, progress, and system readiness.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of UAT scenarios and outcomes.
Key Requirements & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related business field, though practical experience is often highly valued over formal education.
- Experience: Proven experience in manual UAT or software quality assurance.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze functional requirements and identify potential issues from an end-user perspective.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to report findings effectively.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel/Word) and bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira).
- Methodology: Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall software development life cycles.
