Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled QA/Test Analyst to support a key strategic initiative in the wealth management domain. You will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and reliability of a new IT system by defining, developing, executing, and reporting on testing efforts, while collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Mandatory Skill-set
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with 1-3 years of hands-on experience in UAT, software testing methodologies, tools, and frameworks
- Must expertise in designing and implementing test automation solutions
- Familiarity with Agile development practices and iterative delivery
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple testing activities concurrently.
Desired Skill-set
- Banking/Wealth Management domain experience is a strong plus
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Responsibilities
- Define, develop, document, and execute comprehensive test strategies, plans, and scripts
- Collaborate with stakeholders including PMO, IT, Product Development & Strategy, Business Units, Operations, and Risk Management to ensure quality outcomes
- Design and implement automated and manual test cases to support functional and non-functional testing needs
- Conduct unit, integration, system, and performance testing using industry-standard tools and frameworks
- Support and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business users and SMEs
- Track, analyze, and manage software defects to resolution in collaboration with development teams
- Provide regular status reports on testing progress, risks, and issues
- Perform exploratory testing and ad hoc validation when required
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, policies, and best practices across all testing phases.
