UAT Test Manager

• Lead and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) across banking applications and transformation programs.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technology teams to define UAT scope, strategy, and timelines.

• Develop and manage UAT test plans, test scenarios, and test cases aligned with business requirements.

• Coordinate with business users for test execution, defect management, and signoffs.

• Ensure proper validation of end-to-end banking workflows (Retail, Corporate, Payments, Lending, etc.).

• Drive defect triage, prioritization, and resolution with development and QA teams.

• Track and report UAT progress, risks, and quality metrics to senior stakeholders.

• Ensure compliance with banking regulations, audit requirements, and internal quality standards.

• Manage multiple stakeholders across regions and ensure alignment on deliverables.

• Support data validation, migration testing, and reconciliation activities where applicable.
