Job Overview
Join our team for a dynamic role with an outsourced project. We are seeking a dedicated individual to assist with User Acceptance Testing(UAT) activities, support system validation for enhancements and updates, and ensure testing processes are carried out accurately and efficiently to support smooth programme operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Execution
- Execute test cases and perform system validation using the designated testing environment or application
- Ensure all testing steps are carried out accurately and completely
- Record and update test results in the tracking system
2. Issue Tracking & Reporting
- Identify, document, and report any failed test cases or system issues
- Escalate defects or discrepancies to the relevant technical or functional leads
- Monitor issue resolution status and provide updates when required
3. Coordination & Scheduling
- Arrange and coordinate validation or testing appointments with relevant stakeholders
- Support preparation for testing activities (e.g. scheduling, notifications, equipment coordination if required)
4. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain and update testing records and status reports
- Ensure test evidence and results are properly documented
- Update internal tracking sheets or dashboards related to testing progress
5. Operational Support
- Support end-to-end validation activities for system enhancements or updates
- Assist in ensuring smooth execution of user journey testing and related workflows
- Provide administrative support related to testing cycles and follow-ups
- Any other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
- Diploma qualifications or above with 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in UAT, system testing, or application support.
- Proficiency or working knowledge in programming languages such as HTML, CSS, Java, Swift, Kotlin, MSSQL, C#, VB, Python, and PHP will bean advantage.
- Strong communication and administration skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, e.g. Excel,PowerPoint, Word, Outlook etc.
- Detail oriented and meticulous
- Able to work independently and be proactive.
