Job Description :

Prerequisite:(1) Work location: Taiwan, TW/TPEHQ
(2) Local language (Mandarin) is required.
(3) Offer is subject to and become effective upon obtaining a valid work permit.Additional Requirements:

• Project management - lead regional projects and programs for effective regional and local implementation
• Data analytics - people or workforce analytics, data quality exploration, including collection, integration and management, visualization development and maintenance of people dashboards
• Technology enablement - digital solution design, development and implementation, system maintenance and support
• Presentation - full professional proficiency in both English and Chinese, present to stakeholders, senior or executive management by adopting design thinking
