Part-Time Tutor - Tuition Centre

We are a tuition centre in Singapore looking for dedicated and enthusiastic Part-Time Tutors to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about teaching and want to make a meaningful impact by supporting students in a structured and encouraging learning environment.

Salary: $30-$45/hr
Position: Part-Time Maths/Sci tutor (Primary / Secondary School)

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct lessons for small groups of up to 5-6 students per class

• Teach assigned subjects according to the student's level and school syllabus

• Use provided teaching materials and lesson resources to deliver effective lessons

• Monitor student progress and provide feedback on performance

• Create a positive, engaging, and supportive classroom environment

• Guide students in building confidence and stronger study habits

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree holders preferred
• Preferably 1-3 year teaching experience (fresh grads welcome)
• Strong academic background in the subject(s) taught
• Good communication and classroom management skills
• Patient, responsible, and able to engage students effectively
• Prior tutoring or teaching experience is preferred
• Able to commit to a part-time schedule on weekdays and/or weekends
