About the role
We are looking for passionate and motivated undergraduate or polytechnic students to join our team as Tutor Interns. You will work alongside experienced educators to support students from Primary to Junior College level, gaining hands-on teaching experience in a structured and nurturing environment.

What you'll do
- Assist lead tutors in conducting small-group and one-on-one tutoring sessions (Primary, Secondary, or JC levels)
- Help prepare lesson materials, worksheets, and revision notes tailored to students needs
- Track and record student progress, and flag areas requiring additional attention
- Provide constructive feedback to students in a patient and encouraging manner
- Assist with administrative tasks such as attendance-taking and class scheduling
- Participate in curriculum planning discussions and contribute fresh ideas
Who we're looking for
- Currently enrolled in an university programme (any discipline welcome Education, Psychology, or STEM preferred)
- Strong academic foundation in at least one subject (e.g. Math, English, Sciences, or Humanities)
- Patient, empathetic, and genuinely enthusiastic about helping others learn
- Good communication skills in English bilingual ability is a plus
- Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to a minimum of 2 sessions per week
- Prior tutoring or mentoring experience is advantageous, but not required
