Prepare method statements for Tunnel activities for submission, safe work procedures, risk register, daily/weekly reports, tunnel progress reports, and other tunnel related documentation.
Maintain and monitor quality control and records.
Prepare and carry out presentation of tunnelling works prior to commencement of works.
Conduct daily site inspection and supervision of site works, ground improvement, ERSS, deep excavation, bored tunnelling works, tunnel internal structure construction and Adit/Cross Passage construction.
Supervision work on a TBM machine controlling the tunnel labour in excavation and ring build.
Maintain site records of excavated volumes, grouting records and other construction work.
Plan and monitor and track site progress, manpower mobilization and equipment deployment.
Ensure job safety analysis and site safety compliance.
Coordinate various subcontractors to ensure work runs smoothly.
Identify and assess any foreseeable risk arising from the workplace or work processes, minimize environmental impact associated with the construction activities.
Ensure safe work procedures and environmental control measures are implemented at the work site.
Liaise with authorities, consultants and subcontractors.
