Oversee construction activities, progress, planning, implementation, and monitoring work schedules in accordance with the master and detailed work program.
Prepare method statements, safe work procedures, risk registers, tunnel progress reports, and other tunnel-related documentation.
Provide technical advice on works of Bridge/Tunnel, Underground Excavation and Tunnelling works
Work closely with subcontractors on project progress and ensure timely work arrangements
Plan and monitor and track site progress, manpower mobilization, and equipment deployment.
Liaise with consultant and carry out site inspection.
Supervise ongoing site activities closely.
Maintain quality standards, carry out site inspections and resolve technical issues on time.
Experience with LTA projects.
Reporting to Tunnel Manager.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in deep foundation work with a strong focus on MRT projects.
Proven track record in piling, diaphragm wall, and bore pile execution on large-scale infrastructure or rail projects.
Familiar with geotechnical studies, soil reports, and ground investigation.
Knowledge of relevant codes, standards, and quality requirements.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Able to work under pressure and in challenging site conditions.
