Analyze and resolve reported risk cases timely and accurately utilizing internal platforms and support tools
Summarize and classify the reported cases, work with product and tech teams to formulate solutions
Responsible for building up risk control policy and process, promoting transparency and understanding of policies, educating stakeholders to ensure compliance with the company's processes
Assist in developing education programs to enhance user security awareness
Assist in improving internal platforms and tools.
Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
At least 2 years of relevant experience in trust & safety operations, content moderation risk control, or policy enforcement
Ability to maintain composure in critical situations and communicate clearly with both internal and external stakeholders
Details oriented, self-driven and curious to learn and work independently in a fast-paced environment
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to influence and reach agreements with others.
