What You'll Be Doing
- Take ownership of administering a portfolio of client structures, including trusts, companies, and funds, ensuring full compliance with regulatory and internal requirements
- Partner closely with Client Servicing Managers to deliver exceptional service and responsive support to clients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date trust administration records and systems
- Coordinate with external stakeholders-banks, corporate secretaries, and professional advisors-to support transactions and ongoing client activities
- Support due diligence, documentation, and compliance processes in line with regulatory expectations and best practices
What We're Looking For
- A diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Law, or a related discipline
- 0-2 years of experience in financial services, corporate services, or trust administration (fresh graduates with strong potential are encouraged to apply)
- A proactive, self-driven individual with a strong sense of accountability
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
