Our client is a well-established family office supporting its principals through a fully integrated, multi-disciplinary team covering wealth and legacy planning, governance, finance, tax, legal, and trust administration. This is a unique opportunity for a senior lawyer to join as a core member of the teamto proactively manage the FO's global interests.
In this role, you will oversee and maintain complex international structures, support succession and estate planning initiatives, and lead internal drafting of key governance and trust-related documentation. You will also manage cross-border compliance obligations, coordinate with internal stakeholders and external advisors, and play a hands-on role in identifying and mitigating legal and reputational risks. The position offers broad, project-based exposure beyond traditional legal work, including family governance initiatives and strategic structuring matters.
Requirements:
- Min 10 to 15 years of PQE (SG or Common Law) in international law firms, Private Clientpractice area
- Demonstrated experience advising high-net-worth individuals and families offices
- A commercially-minded lawyer who's confident handling complex negotiations and high-value transactions.
- Strong communicator and stakeholder manager, able to build trust across all levels of the business.
