Trust Administrator- Associate/ Senior Associate
Our client is a successful mid-sized professional services firm and is seeking a Trust administrator to join the team.
Some of the key responsibilities include.
. Manage client portfolios, ensuring compliance, governance, and accurate financial records.
. Handle client onboarding which includes trust setup, KYC documents, and compliance forms for new clients.
. Keep client records updated, follow up on due diligence, and assist with bank account openings in line with compliance regulations
. Manage documentation, prepare resolutions, maintain organized files, and update corporate records.
. Handle invoices, track payments, assist with insurance, and support projects as needed.
To be eligible for this role you will require:
. A Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
. Minimum of 4 years of experience in Trust or Corporate services.
. Detail-oriented, manage records accurately, analyze data effectively, and write clear reports.
. Ability to build strong client relationships, handle pressure calmly, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines with accuracy.
