TRUCK DRIVER

Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Class 4 Truck Driver to join our logistics and warehousing operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and timely transportation of goods between customers, warehouses, ports and other designated locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate Class 4 trucks safely and responsibly.
• Transport and deliver goods to customers, warehouses, ports and other designated locations.
• Ensure goods are properly loaded, secured and delivered in good condition.
• Assist with loading and unloading of cargo when required.
• Conduct daily vehicle checks and report any vehicle defects or maintenance issues.
• Ensure delivery documents, delivery orders and other relevant documents are properly completed.
• Follow assigned delivery schedules and routes.
• Comply with company safety procedures, traffic regulations and workplace safety requirements.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper condition of the assigned vehicle.
• Perform other logistics and transportation duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Valid Singapore Class 4 Driving Licence.
• Relevant experience in truck driving, logistics, transportation or warehousing is preferred.
• Familiar with Singapore roads and delivery locations.
• Able to handle loading and unloading of goods.
• Responsible, punctual and safety-conscious.
• Good working attitude and able to work independently.
• Physically fit to perform the job duties.
• Willing to work overtime when required.
• Candidates with experience in container haulage, warehouse delivery or general cargo transportation will have an advantage.
