Our client, a leading Taiwanese manufacturer, is expanding its presence across the APAC region and is looking for a motivated Treasury professional to join their Singapore office. Strong proficiency in Mandarin and English is required for effective regional communication, while fluency in Vietnamese would be a valuable advantage to handle Vietnam market as well.
Key Scope:
- Manage bank account operations (opening, signatories, KYC, internet banking)
- Oversee cash management & cash pool operations to optimize liquidity
- Support loan administration & fixed deposit placements
- Prepare and submit Treasury reports
- Initiate and process payments with accuracy and timeliness
- Maintain treasury data and documentation
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies & regulatory requirements
- Assist with basic accounting tasks and reconciliations
- Contribute to ad hoc projects as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance or related field
- 3 to 5 years of Treasury or cash management experience
- Prior experience of cash pool operations in Vietnam market / cross-border experience is a great advantage!
- Proficiency in MS Excel and strong analytical skills
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and strong in problem solving
- Able to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong command of Mandarin with fluency in English is required to support regional communications
- Fluency in Vietnamese would be a valuable plus in this role to handle Vietnam market
