Treasury Settlements Officer $3800 X 13 months

Responsibilities:
. Retrieving of FX/MM Deals against Maturity Reports for effective of the day's SWIFT payments/receipts.
. Process FX/MM deals (check dealing slips against supporting sources).
. Process Fixed Income Instruments (check dealing slips against supporting sources, passing of accounting entries, prepare SWIFT instructions, input trade details into Equation system, ).
. Process Funds Transfer (prepare SWIFT instructions and passing of accounting entries).
. Update Foreign Exchange Rate and SIBOR rate in the Equation System.
. Open New Accounts (Banks).
. Reconciliation of FX/MM transactions between EQ/GT reports.
. Filing of transmitted SWIFT copies, FX/MM duplicate dealing slips, duplicate tickets from the Sales Desk.
. Sort and file incoming/outgoing SWIFT messages.
. Reconciliation of FX/MM SWIFT confirmations in SMART System and follow up actions if necessary.
. Raise and input accounting entries into Equation System.
. Update Bank Ratings and information when required.
. Update COF and LIBOR for (Loans Admin)
Requirements:
. Possess degree with some experience in FX and settlements operations
