Treasury Sales Director
Job Description
- Develop and execute the Treasury Sales strategy to grow the Bank's Financial Markets business.
- Originate and manage relationships with corporate, institutional, and financial institution clients, providing treasury and risk management solutions.
- Market and sell FX, interest rate, money market, fixed income, structured treasury, and hedging products to clients.
- Identify new business opportunities while expanding existing client relationships to achieve revenue and business growth targets.
- Work closely with Relationship Managers, Corporate Banking, and Treasury teams to deliver tailored treasury solutions.
- Provide market insights and advisory on foreign exchange, interest rates, and macroeconomic developments.
- Structure treasury solutions to address clients hedging, liquidity, and investment needs.
- Ensure all sales activities comply with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and risk management standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients, financial institutions, and market participants.
- Mentor and develop junior Treasury Sales professionals while driving a high-performance sales culture.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related discipline.
- 10+ years of Treasury Sales or Financial Markets experience within a bank, with proven leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of FX, interest rates, money markets, fixed income, derivatives, and treasury products.
- Established network of corporate and institutional clients in Singapore and the region.
- Strong business development, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving sales and revenue targets.
