Position: Treasury Product & Business Support Officer ( 1 yr contract + 1 mth completion bonus)

Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day activities relating to Structured Products, FX, Equities, and Treasury-related initiatives.
- Assist in the preparation of product papers, management reports, business presentations, and performance dashboards.
- Conduct market and competitor research on treasury products, digital wealth solutions, and industry best practices.
- Support product launches, campaigns, and strategic initiatives across the Treasury business.
- Process Improvement & Change Management
- Review existing workflows and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce manual intervention, and strengthen controls.
- Drive automation initiatives and support implementation of new systems, tools, and enhancements.
- Actively challenge existing processes and recommend practical solutions to improve customer and staff experience.
Data Analytics & Reporting
- Develop and maintain management reports and dashboards.
- Analyse business and operational data to generate actionable insights.
- Support management decision-making through data-driven recommendations.
Project & Stakeholder Management
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders across Treasury, Operations, Technology, Compliance, and Risk.
- Support project planning, execution, testing, and post-implementation reviews.
- Track project milestones, action items, and deliverables.
- Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and change implementation activities.
Requirements
- Minimum 2- 5 years of experience in Treasury, Wealth Management, Capital Markets, Investment Products, or Banking Operations.
- Prior exposure to Structured Products, Foreign Exchange (FX)
