Role Description

This full-time Treasury Operations Specialist role is based on-site in Singapore. The role involves managing daily treasury operations, overseeing cash management processes, ensuring the efficient use of company funds, and collaborating with internal teams to optimize financial activities.

Key Responsibilities

·      Manage daily treasury operations, including cash management and forecasting.

·      Develop and implement financial strategies to manage liquidity, funding, and risk.

·      Monitor cash flows and ensure sufficient liquidity to meet operational needs.

·      Administration of bank accounts and overseas offices (i.e. signatories update, new bank accounts opening closing, and any other adhoc requirements.)

·      Assist with existing and potential investors-related requirements.

·      Conduct financial analysis and prepare reports to inform management decisions regarding cash management.

·      Liaise with banks and financial institutions to optimize banking relationships and negotiate terms.

·      Collaborate with other departments to support business initiatives and drive efficient financial processes.

·      Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to treasury functions.

Qualifications

·      Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred

·      Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in treasury management or financial analysis.

·      Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modelling and data analysis.

·      Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

·      Familiarity with treasury management systems and financial software.

·      A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work under pressure.
