Treasury Operations Analyst

Purpose of the job:

Treasury Operations Analyst is newly created position in Singapore in treasury department. You will play a key role to enhance operational efficiency within the Groups payment processes across the world by monitoring the process performance and accuracy, identifying areas of improvements, and communicating with respective stakeholders internally and externally. You would need to work with Finance Shared Services Centre (Singapore), Banks, IT and Kyriba solution providers very closely. The goal is to contribute to the overall efficient operation and ensure fully automatic process complying with the Group's policy and security standards.

Main missions and responsibilities:

• Monitor all outgoing payments using treasury management system - Kyriba, ensuring timely and accurate processing
• Problem solving of payment issue on group levelin collaboration with IT, Kyriba team, accounting, and banking partners
• Implementation of SWIFT/API connectivity with the new banks
• Optimise payment methods and bank account utilisation to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
• Development of relevant payment formats,Implementation & harmonisation of payments standards
• Develop, implement, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for payment processes.
• Following pre-accounting entries interface from Kyriba and adjusting setting for payments on behalf of (POBO) in case of needs
• Setting payments analysis dashboard & KPI
• With close collaboration with SSC following application of correct payment terms and participate to maintain accurate supplier's database
• Bank reconciliation supervision and following aging balances
• Follow up fraud management project on SIS-ID tool and verification of payee (VoP) norm
• Setting of Instant payments
• Optimisation of working capital with dynamic discounting implementation project
• Other improvement projects

Expected competencies:

- Master's degree in IT, finance/business field

- Familiarity with treasury systems, payments, settlements and automation tools

- Good knowledge treasury software Kyribais advantage

- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to details

- Proactive and mature team player with good interpersonal skills ability to work independently, under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic and multi-cultural environment

- Strong project management and strong communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly and concisely

- Fluent in English, speaking other languages is an advantage
