Treasury Middle Office

We are partnering with a leading Investment Management firm who is seeking a Treasury Middle Office individual. The role offers exposure across cash, liquidity, FX, and collateral management, with the unique opportunity to leverage Python/programming skills to drive process automation and innovation.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• 8-10 years relevant experience in collateral /Margins/ treasury middle office.

• Good working knowledge of margin terminology, i.e. Initial Margin, Independent Amount, Uncleared margin rules.

• Understands the pledging of margin mechanism governed by ISDA collateral sales agreement terms.

• Product knowledge in assets classes, FX, FX Options, FX vols, Equity, Equity vols, Interest Rate derivatives, interest rate vols, Bonds, Total Return Swaps, Credit Default Swap, Commodities and listed products will be a bonus to have.

• Analytical and driven, detail oriented and resourceful in problem solving.

• Team player, ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines.

• Enjoys working in a fast-paced, challenging and dynamic environment.

• Strong control mindset and sense of ownership.

• Good to have intermediate coding skills in VBA or Python.

• Also good to have valuation knowledge on pricing which is required to verify variation margin.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor of Science (Finance, Information technology/Computer Science)

• Programming knowledge in Python or VBA
