Job Purpose
Corporate (FX & Treasury Solutions)
As part of a fast growing Asian Bank Singapore Branch, you will be part of the Global Market Team focus on the Corporate and Institutional Clients. Working closely with Relationship Managers, you will identify and address clients hedging and investment needs through tailored treasury solutions. Your mission is to strengthen client relationships, drive greater adoption of treasury products, and deliver high quality solution and execution in partnership with the trading teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with assigned corporate clients, delivering customized solutions across FX, interest rate derivatives, and investment products.
- Drive revenue growth by broadening clients usage of treasury solutions and increasing overall wallet share.
- Provide timely and insightful market commentary, product updates, and daily market recaps to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Proactively engage clients to identify opportunities, deliver advisory-led conversations, and achieve individual sales targets.
- Partner closely with Relationship Managers and Operations teams to ensure seamless execution and an exceptional client experience.
- Execute transactions accurately, efficiently, and in full compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls.
- Stay updated on regulatory developments, internal policies, and mandatory training to maintain strong governance and risk awareness.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related discipline.
- 3-5 years of treasury sales experience, ideally with established corporate client relationships and proven client-facing capabilities.
- Experience covering FX and Rates within a recognised financial institution,
- Demonstrated capability in structuring and delivering effective risk solutions for corporate customers.
- Licensed in FMRP, M1A/M1B, M5, and M6. CFA , FRM will be added advantage
- Strong sales orientation with the ability to generate FX flows and provide practical solutions aligned to client needs.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills, capable of engaging at multiple levels with internal and external stakeholders.
